Know the Child, Know your Child(KTC-KYC) Educational Consult and Academy is a Disability Management organisation that focuses on bringing awareness of different disabilities to educators, parents, professionals and the school community on best practices in Disability Management while also equipping young adults living with disabilities to live functionally and financially independent and stable lives regardless of presentation.
This is achieved through training, workshops, and conferences hosted annually by the organisation.

The organization functions widely in two arms:

KTC-KYC Educational Consulting: focuses on Consultation/Trainings for schools and educators to foster inclusive education, Consultation/Training for organizations for sensitization and recruitment of persons with disabilities in companies, Consultation, Counseling, &Trainings on disability awareness/management to parents, caregivers, and the society, also Assessment, and Evaluation of individuals living with a disability to determine their area of strength and promote function in the areas of limitations that may be impacting independence in various areas of living skills.

KTC-KYC ACADEMY: a subsidiary of KTC-KYC Educational Consult Limited that focuses on building Vocational Development and Independent Living Skills amongst young people living with a disability.

It is a Skillsversity where young adults living with disabilities are taught both soft and hard skills to enable them to live functional and financially independent life.

The vision is to promote Employability, Sustainability, Financial Stability, and Independent Living through Vocational Development Training Programs for Young Adults Living with Disabilities to enable them to thrive in society.
